It took me a handful of pages before getting interested in this book, BUT I spent an hour and 45 minutes reading before putting it down.I do recommend picking this one up if your wanting to learn simple tricks to help you improve your mindset. it's a great book it's easy to read and it gives you a ton of tips if you work in treating into some sort of competition or something and you were dealing with anxiety or stress it's also a quick read took me about three days and the knowledge and it is worth retaining.
